Remote Help Session Instructions
Occasionally it is possible to complete a repair remotely. In order to do that, I will need to access your computer via a web link.
These instructions are intended to be followed while talking to me by phone at 269-425-1362
1. Determine what browser you are using. Click the first button on the right, and tell me the answer.
2. Download the remote help icon for your desktop. Click on the second button on the right. I will walk you through the rest of the installation process over the phone.
