Where do I work?

Mostly out of my car! My computer service area is large. I come to you, providing convenient computer repair services in your home. If needed, I may take your computer with me to complete lengthy scans, installations, back ups or hardware repairs. I also provide assistance with shopping for or recommending new equipment. This has at times included a trip to the computer store with clients to create a customized experience based on client needs.

Where are my clients located?

My new clients are located in the Greater Traverse City Area of Michigan. This includes Grand Traverse County, Leelanau County, and Benzie County. I still work with many clients remotely from Southern Michigan, where I worked for nearly 20 years. Service call fees for in home service are generally a flat rate regardless of distance in my regular area. What about snowbirds?

If you live in Michigan in the summer, and winter in Florida, I can usually still provide regular service. I have many snowbirds for clients! Most work can be done in person while you are in the area, and some work remotely if needed while out of state. I have clients that are one time service needs, but many of my clients are repeat customers, working with me over the years as they change or expand their equipment and software.

Live in an area outside of the service area?

If you are just outside of my area, I may still be able to help you with your computer needs. Usually this just involves a different fee for the longer drive. Give me a call or contact me HERE to discuss your unique needs.
